About Sportra
Sportra is a sports marketplace where players book courts, organise matches and run teams together, and venues manage bookings, payments and promotions in one portal.
Why we built it
Team sport has a coordination problem. One person finds a court, fronts the payment, chases everyone for their share, and re-arranges the whole thing when two players drop out. Do that often enough and people stop organising games at all.
Sportra spreads that load. A match is something a group holds together rather than one person carries: every player joins, pays and confirms for themselves, and the venue is booked once the game is actually real.
The same system works for venues. Courts that would have sat empty get filled by groups that could not otherwise have committed, and every booking, payment and payout runs through one portal instead of a phone and a paper diary.
